Commemoration of Philipp Melanchthon and the presentation of the Augsburg Confession

Today the Episcopal Church honors an anniversary and a reformer we tend to think of as "Lutheran," but they belong to the church universal and to the ecclesia semper reformanda - the church always in need of reform (and always reforming!).

  1. Poor Blackearth: the Rodney Dangerfield of Reformers, except for the Lutherans. This helped bring me up to speed after a long hiatus.
