Ugh! But I saw late last night (I teach Wednesday evenings) that your institution has passed the review, if I understood correctly. Our accrediting organization is called the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, which of course is abridged as SACS, so for two years the campus was full of SACS this and SACS that and we had to write a million reports and self-evaluations and use terrible jargon about outcomes and demonstrate that we had A Big Plan. It was horrid. You have my full sympathy!
The SACS people sent a committee to visit toward the end of the process but we had months of paperwork before then.
Those word verification thingies seem to have a mind of their own. Maybe the heresy police is in there. ;-)
Thanks for filling in the word verification so that we know you're not a robot.

The week I've had with OFSTED, I vcan quite believe it.
ReplyDeleteYour word verification very nearly said Augsburg. How creepy. Did it know I was visiting?
