Ken, just one sibling, my brother Dennis, who is ~10 years older than I. He's the Rome and Istanbul one. (He lives in Rome but his partner is Turkish and she is based in Istanbul. So he is there a lot and as you may have seen from some of his writing which I have posted, he's now doing some work there too.) He has two sons (Portugal and Italy), both partnered, and one of them has two children, a boy and a girl, so my parents have grandchildren and great-grandchildren -- plus a host of nephews and nieces and grand-nephews and -nieces and a lot of people my mother especially has informally adopted over the years. We are a very close family despite (or because of? ;-)) the geographical distance and we're very blessed, especially since we all know life is short and our parents are getting old. So every day is a gift.
