Father of Acts of Hope, who is a pretty good writer if I may say so my(daughterly)self, once gave me a copy of this -- I think when I was working on my first book. He gave me the black and white version, though. I still have it. Lo and behold, there is a color version on the Web.
In lieu of Friday cat blogging. Told you, we are dog-friendly here too.
I am so saving that image!!
ReplyDeleteThat Father of Acts of Hope must be a great guy!
There's no doubt in my mind; he's managed to stay married to Mother of Acts of Hope for a very long time. I think this demonstrates they are both great people, and, of course, there IS other evidence.
ReplyDeleteJane? Dennis? :-)
That is one of my favorite Peanuts strips ever. My top favorite, however, is one that features Sally questioning her teacher about the C she received on a coat hanger sculpture. As a teacher myself, it really spoke to me. I keep it posted on my bulletin board in my classroom. I teach middle school, and I didn't think that my kids would like Peanuts, but every day I have at least four or five kids who race to my desk to see the latest strip on my page a day calendar.
ReplyDeleteYes! But for it to be truly accurate, Snoopy would have to disappear from the comic for several frames at a time. :D
