    Very pretty kitteh. Nice personality too.

    Her latest is Kitty TV: watching the birds and squirrels from the window here. Keeps her occupied for hours.

    Maya, that quilt was made for my mother by her best friend from college (Hunter College, NYC, class of '39) in the early 1970s. My parents gave it to me several years ago. So it has a nice family history. And the cat looks very pretty on it. And comfortable!

    Yes, she is optimistic. I have also had my students read Eboo Patel's new book -- have a look at it and let me know what you think...
