Friday cat blogging: you've all been waiting for this one
Well, here she is, Maya Pavlova, in all her glory. Enjoy. She is happy in her new home, and I am happy to have an in-house therapist. Everyone is happy

Of course, the insufferable Mr. Keillor is wrong as usual: cats exist to teach us the meaning of beauty and tolerance. That is not purposelessness. It is morality. le

"Who can believe that there is no soul behind those luminous eyes!" - Theophile Gautier. Not I. The day before my adored Pushkin died a year ago, I looked into her eyes and saw flatness. I knew then that it was time to send her home.
